Kayes Park and Resort, Lake Geneva, Wisconsin. I try not to include old 'hotel resorts'. There were thousands in late 1800's and early 1900's. Seems most would always burn down. I include this now as my senses say this was more than just a 'resort hotel'. Also Mackhs Park. Affiliation unknown except both on same advertising material.
