Virginia Beach Amusement Park has been sort of elusive/erratic. While making this listing several years ago they seemed closed but as of 2008 they are open. The Carousel picture came from a few years ago. I still do not know if it still exists there or not. The place also seems to be called 15th Street Amusement Park at times.
